Cuisine by Claudette is a health-conscious and vegan restaurant. From cupcakes to smoothies, to sandwiches, to platters and acai bowls this is the place to be to eat healthy!
Cuisine by Claudette also has two other locations to be convenient for more customers. They have a flagship spot at Riis Park Beach Bazaar which is on the Riis Beach boardwalk, and then the other location is on Beach 69th Street and Rockaway Beach Blvd which just opened up in time for spring/summer 2019.
Visitors come near and far to enjoy all that Cuisine by Claudette has to offer.
Claudette the owner is the one who prepares all the food from scratch and with love, while her sons John and Yarden run the family business.
There are many other restaurants that have opened on the Rockaway Peninsula, but when you are looking for healthy bites, Cuisine by Claudette is the spot.

Cuisine by Claudette has also upgraded to self-serve ordering inside the restaurants as well as online ordering. They now even offer a 3-course meal for 3-day meal prep.
If you are really looking for healthy food come on down to the Rockaways and pay Cuisine by Claudette a visit. You will enjoy good food, nice conversations with the workers and good vibes while you are there.

I spent many years on jobs that made a better life for my family. I realized though when life changed for me, I was in search for my purpose.
Hi, my name is Shani Hannah and I am a 44-year-old wife, mother and college student in pursuit of my master’s degree. Currently I am a new media journalism major. I love to write and express my thoughts and views on certain life situations pertaining to education and the community. Recently I had the opportunity to take on a project for a not for project organization named Safe Halls to write their blogs for them. I am excited to take on this project because it gives me the opportunity to share stories on another site.
As you start to evolve into your purpose things start lining up for you. My love for writing and my concern for today’s youth and education has pushed me into new opportunities. As I am starting on my early childhood journey as a teacher aide, I am delving more into the educational issues that plague our children today. Of course, I will talk about schools within my area and district as well as research outside of my community. I not only want to give my sentiments, but I want to also give direct information to keep parents informed, educators, and possibly any authoritative figures who are concerned with the learning curriculum for early childhood, PreK-12 and college students.
This blog is very personal to me because I get to open up about information that a lot of people just might not pay attention to. We have to stay more grounded and involved with what’s happening because education has drastically changed even since I was a little girl. The more you know the better off you are. My hope is that you will gain insight on what is going on in the educational realm along with the community.
Please feel free to comment and share your thoughts let’s talk…
